The 2026 CERV-DAPHNE funding programme is currently open with two child-focused calls.
If your organisation has a project that meets the criteria, you could apply for EU funding to further protect and promote the rights of the child and child participation.
The calls close on 3 November 2026.
Please note that all EU-funded projects must be jointly run by at least two organisations. A single organisation cannot receive EU funding.
Priority 1: Support to civil society organisations in the area of violence against children
In line with the Commission Recommendation on integrated child protection systems, this priority aims to support the development of integrated actions to combat violence against children, and to achieve long-term and structural changes, especially at grassroots level, through the regranting scheme.
This priority will select and support intermediaries which will regrant funding and build the capacities of grassroots civil society organisations (CSOs) active in the field.
Priority 5: Strengthen integrated child protections systems.
The overall aim is to contribute to systemic changes in the prevention, protection and support of children in cases of violence—through integrated child protection systems—in line with the Commission Recommendation on integrated child protection systems.
Projects should closely involve families and children themselves, ensuring responses meet children’s needs. The involvement of such actors and stakeholders – and notably public authorities at local level – in the project is therefore essential under this priority. The participation of a public authority is mandatory under this priority.
Projects should also ensure meaningful child participation in the design, implementation, and monitoring while adhering to strict child safeguarding protocols.
