Body

It’s very important to talk about mental health and wellbeing, especially in school, where children and teenagers spend so much of their time.

Originally published by the European Commission as guidelines for adults involved in education, this version was created by children, especially for children.

The Eurochild Children's Council (EEC) together with children from National Eurochild Forums and our Platform created this simply written version of the guidelines and actions that children can get involved with.

We hope it inspires and encourages you to help change things for the better in your school!
