Every child has something valuable to contribute and the right to have their views taken into account when making decisions that can impact their lives.
Here everything matters, every child is important.
In June 2025, young Platform members from across Europe came together to create and present their hopes, dreams and concrete proposals to EU decision-makers through their Call to Action.
Their proposals for action covered five key areas:
- Intergenerational fairness
- Well-being in schools
- Working together against hate
- Online safety and cyberbullying
- Climate action
Our young members are very actively involved in how the Platform is run, and the work that is done. Every two years, we have a new Work Plan that sets out the subjects and activities to be covered.
Contributions to this Plan come from our child members:
- during a big yearly meeting
- from the Advisory Board
- from the Children's Panel
