Child and adult Board members came together for their 8th meeting in Brussels from 15-17 March 2026. Children had discussions with MEPs, and the Board brainstormed for the next Work Plan.

In March 2026, the EU adopted it's first Strategy on Intergenerational Fairness. It aims to ensure that the choices we make today improve the opportunities of tomorrow, and that benefits and responsibilities are shared fairly by everyone.

A group of children from SOS Villages d’Enfants French 'citizenship workshop' travelled to Iași, Romania, for an Erasmus+ exchange. It became a powerful example of how children can actively shape their own learning and develop their voices as European citizens.
